Purchases, Pricing & Availability

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors. A confirmation email is sent once your order is placed.

Pricing

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing; in the event of an obvious error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Product Availability

KRYPTAA sells in limited drops. Items may sell out, and some pieces are offered as pre-orders with the timelines noted on the product page. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from screen to garment.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorise us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method for the order total, including any applicable shipping and taxes.

Intellectual Property

The KRYPTAA name, logo, wordmark, original artwork, graphics, photography, and site content are the property of KRYPTAA and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without written permission.

Any fan-inspired graphics reference their respective owners and are used as artistic expression; all other trademarks referenced belong to their respective holders.

Returns & Refunds

Purchases are governed by our full Shipping & Returns policy, including return windows, requirements, refund timelines, exchanges, and cancellations. Please review it before ordering.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, KRYPTAA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs, or force majeure.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Pennsylvania.
