Order Confirmation

A confirmation email will be sent once your order is placed and verified. We will begin preparing your order immediately. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as early as possible — changes can only be made before the order enters processing.

Tracking Information

  • After your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
  • If the tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the courier directly to investigate. KRYPTAA is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • If the estimated delivery window has passed, feel free to reach out and we'll help investigate.

Customs & Import Duties

All applicable customs, import duties, taxes, and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer — even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order requires additional charges to clear customs, those must be paid by you. Refusal to pay will result in the package being sent back to us; in that case, a refund will be issued for the product cost minus any return shipping charges incurred.

KRYPTAA Is Not Responsible For

  • Packages marked "Delivered" by the courier — please contact your local post office or carrier directly.
  • Wrong shipping address entered at checkout — double-check before placing your order.
  • Delays caused by customs processing or carrier backlogs beyond our control.
  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

Important: Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer refusal to reschedule within 14 days of the first attempt will be refunded for the product cost only. Shipping charges are non-refundable in these cases.


02   /   Returns & Refunds

Returns & Refund Policy

We hope you love your order. But if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date. Feel free to contact us at kryptaa.official@gmail.com and we'll do our best to make it right.

Return Requirements

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Due to hygiene concerns, the following items cannot be returned: intimates, accessories worn against the skin.
  • Customized or personalized pieces can only be returned if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was shipped.
  • KRYPTAA is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier — orders will not be re-sent or refunded on that basis.
  • We cannot accept returns for damage caused during laundering, dry cleaning, or everyday wear (stains, tears, shrinkage, discoloration, iron damage, etc.).

How to Make a Return

  1. Request Authorization

    Email kryptaa.official@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is defective. You must get approval before sending anything back.

  2. Pack Your Item

    Pack securely in original packaging if possible. All KRYPTAA tags and hangtags must still be attached.

  3. Ship Within 7 Days

    Attach the return label we send you and drop off with the carrier within 7 days of receiving it.

  4. Refund Issued

    Once received and inspected, your refund hits your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Kind reminder: Returns cannot be processed without prior written authorization. Items sent back without authorization are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit, and may not be returned to you.

Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to a customer change of mind or sizing, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The specific fee depends on your chosen carrier.
  • If the return is due to our error — wrong item shipped, defective product, or damage caused before delivery — KRYPTAA will cover the full return shipping cost.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few days to appear on your statement.


03   /   Exchange

Exchange Policy

At this time, all exchange requests are processed as refunds. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow these steps:

  1. Return For Refund

    Follow the return process above to send back your original item and receive a full refund.

  2. Place A New Order

    Once your refund is processed, place a fresh order in the correct size or style.

This process ensures you're not waiting on stock holds while your return is in transit. We know it's an extra step — we appreciate your patience as we build out a smoother exchange system for future drops.

  • Within 24 hours of purchase: Your order will be fully refunded, no questions asked. Email us immediately at kryptaa.official@gmail.com with your order number.
  • After 24 hours but before shipment: A 15% cancellation fee applies to cover processing costs. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • After shipment: We cannot accept cancellation requests once the order has left our facility. You may initiate a return after delivery.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at kryptaa.official@gmail.com. Address changes may not be possible once the order has been processed.
