Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders process in 3–7 business days, then ship. US delivery is typically 7–14 days and international 10–20 days. Full details and rates are on our Shipping & Returns page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Customs, duties, and import taxes are the customer's responsibility and are not included at checkout.
Is shipping free?
Free standard shipping applies automatically on orders over $75, all regions.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships (allow 1–2 days for it to update). You can also use Track Order.
Sizing & Product
How do KRYPTAA pieces fit?
Our denim is cut baggy and wide-leg, and our tees are oversized and heavyweight (300GSM). Check the Size Guide and each product's size chart before ordering.
What is a "pre-order"?
Some pieces — including parts of the anime denim line — are made in limited pre-order runs. Pre-order items show their status and timeline on the product page and ship after production.
Are drops restocked?
No. KRYPTAA releases limited units with zero restocks. When a piece sells out, it's gone.
Returns & Payment
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on unworn items with tags attached. See the full Returns & Refund policy for requirements and steps.
How do I exchange for another size?
We process exchanges as a refund plus a new order — return the original for a refund, then order the size you want.
Is checkout secure? What payments do you accept?
Checkout is powered by Stripe over encrypted HTTPS. We accept major cards; your card details go straight to Stripe and are never stored by KRYPTAA. See our Privacy Policy.
