How much is shipping, and when is it free?

US shipping is a flat $9.99 and free on orders over $60 — applied automatically at checkout, no code needed. International rates start at $12.99 (Canada/Mexico) and are shown by region on our Shipping & Returns page.

How long does delivery take?

Orders take 3–7 business days to process, then 7–14 business days to ship within the US (10–20 international). A tracking number is emailed when the order ships; allow 1–2 days for it to update.

What's your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for a full refund — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Email hello@kryptaa.com with your order number first; we send the return label. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt.

Can I exchange for a different size?

We don't do direct swaps. Return the item for a refund under the 7-day policy and place a new order in the right size. Every product page has a 3-question fit finder to help pick the size first.
